Matthew 28:19-20 (ESV) – 19 Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in[b] the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, 20 teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. And behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age.”

Being baptized is a vital step in your walk with Jesus. It is something he commanded us to do, and it is a public declaration of our faith in him that is powerful and meaningful. We baptize people regularly in our services throughout the year and if you have not yet taken this step of obedience we would love for you to take this step.

Psalm 127:1 (NLT) – Children are a gift from the LORD; they are a reward from him.

Here at Toronto City Church we love to set aside time for members to publicly dedicate their children to the Lord. It is a huge honour for God to entrust us with children and we believe strongly in the power and importance of publicly dedicating them back to Him. We believe that this ceremony is not just a dedication of the child but also a dedication of the parents before God.

If you are interested in learning more about a Child Dedication Ceremony please contact us here.

(Please Note: due to the current size of our Church we can only do a Child Dedication Ceremony for those who regularly attend TCC. If you do not but would like to request a private prayer/dedication please reach out to us regarding that.)

Genesis 2:24 (ESV) – Therefore a man shall leave his father and his mother and hold fast to his wife, and they
shall become one flesh.

Are you getting married soon? Here at Toronto City Church we believe that marriage is a holy institution ordained by God and we love supporting couples as they make their way to the altar and as they grow in their marriage.

If you would like to learn more about having one of our pastors officiate your wedding, or our Marriage Prep Course, please contact us here.

James 5:14-16 (ESV) Is anyone among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the church, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord. And the prayer of faith will save the one who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. And if he has committed sins, he will be forgiven. Therefore, confess your sins to one another and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The prayer of a righteous person has great power as it is working.

Here are Toronto City Church our heart is to serve you!

We believe that Jesus is real, and he has real power, and real answers for the situations we face in real life. We believe in the power of prayer!
